In its quest for eco-responsible yachts of a quality equivalent to superyacht standards, Whisper Yachts has partnered with the FYD shipyard in Fano, at the heart of Italy's shipbuilding tradition.

This strong and structuring partnership allows Whisper Yachts to produce all of its models – the Whisper 40, Whisper 50, and Whisper 60 – within a controlled, human-scale artisanal infrastructure capable of combining high-tech expertise, flexibility of execution, and ultra-premium finishes.

FYD has been a recognized player for over 35 years, committed to the production of high-quality custom units. Thanks to dedicated bipartite teams, the Whisper and FYD teams work together synergistically at every stage of the project.

Our shipyard boasts over 9,000 m² of modern infrastructure, perfectly suited to the construction of next-generation electric catamarans. Each Whisper unit is manufactured in a controlled environment, where precision craftsmanship and industrial expertise meet.

• A covered production area dedicated to the manufacture and assembly of composite hulls, with specific areas for laminating, sanding, painting, carpentry and interior fittings.
• Integrated specialist workshops for marine carpentry, high-end upholstery and the installation of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems, guaranteeing consistent quality at every stage.
• A modular and flexible approach, capable of adapting to each Whisper project with controlled deadlines and ultra-premium finishes.
• Precision tools: vacuum tables, paint booths, dry environment assembly areas, storage areas for technical materials, etc.
• A short supply chain: all materials (resins, fine woods, technical fabrics, hardware) come from regional partners carefully selected for their quality and responsiveness.
• Continuous presence of Whisper Yachts teams on site, ensuring close coordination and rigorous quality control throughout the construction process.

A world-class naval architecture

The naval architecture and design of the Whisper models are developed by a leading international studio renowned for its expertise in high-end yachting. This creative vision is brought to life through close collaboration with the in-house engineers of Whisper Yachts, our senior project managers, and a dedicated team specializing in 3D modeling and advanced technical design. Together, they ensure a perfect balance between performance, elegance, and cutting-edge innovation.

Local, sustainable, and responsible production

Most of the materials and subcontractors come directly from the Fano region, thus reducing the environmental impact and strengthening the local economy. Only a few key components, such as lithium batteries from the German automotive industry, are imported to ensure the units' energy performance.

A strategic site for a global clientele

Ideally located on the Adriatic coast, this shipyard delivers Whisper units to Europe, as well as to the Americas and Asia, with a consistent and rigorous level of quality control. Fano, the cradle of Italian shipbuilding, offers privileged access to unique historical expertise.
